Adding to the comfort is the large non-confining cockpit and specially designed folding high back seat. Designed for tandem paddling it can easily switch to a solo simply by sliding the bow seat. This versatile craft, with its huge cockpit, can also carry extra gear, a small third passenger or pet.

: The Loon 160T features Old town's patented roto-molding process to produce a superior three layered linear polyethylene hull. This allows for a stiffer bottom and deck while reducing weight and omitting the need for a keelson. In addition, the foam core provides built in floatation, while also acting as insulation against cold and noise.
